Make it stand out

Moving to the DMV area all the way from Chicago was a huge leap of faith. I’ve lived in Chicago my whole life, it’s home. But when God sends you a blessing you never question it. He happened to not only bless me with the opportunity to attend PT school but also with an additional family.

When I moved to the DMV area I was welcomed with an open heart and mind. I can’t begin to say how grateful I am for Becky and Milon. These two not only welcomed me, but made me feel comfortable. They opened up their space and life to make room for me during a time where I was completely vulnerable. My time spent in the DMV area wouldn’t have been as memorable if it weren’t for these two. I can’t thank you enough. 

And to your family and friends thank you for also including me in parties, events and celebrations it really made it feel like home.  It was a pleasure meeting every single one of you and I hope our paths cross once again.
