Physical Health
For as long as I can remember, fitness has been a part of my life. Growing up, I actively expressed myself through tennis, basketball, double dutch, cheerleading, and golf. While in college, fitness became a stress reliever so I made frequent trips to the gym.
Eventually, it has grown to become part of who I am. Health-wise, I believe being active and eating a well-balanced diet is important to break the generational history of diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol that runs in many families. Many times we can avoid these diagnoses by following the recommended diet along with frequent exercise.
Many people question why I stay so committed to still working out when I am considered petite, but I am dedicated to maintaining my health no matter what body type I have. I want to spread the knowledge to those around me that healthiness starts within, and that you can achieve anything you want as long as you stay DEDICATED. Below is my normal schedule! Please let me know if you have any questions I am happy to share.
