3 Rejections, one day

3 rejections all in one day...Geesh that’s a new level even for me. Did these schools sit down and communicate how they can really hurt ya girl at once. Rejection comes all too familiar to me nowadays. I’ve invested all of my time and money into pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy program and I’ll be damn (excuse the language) if I let all these rejections stop me. 

One of my favorite quotes by Maya Angelou:

“We may encounter many defeats, but we must not be defeated.” 

These words resonate with me and when the day comes for me to get accept- which it will come- the moment will be that much greater than any other feeling in the world to know that I worked hard despite all the odds against me.
